Our services are undertaken by licenced pest technicians (PMT 14334) to help prevent, treat, eradicate and identify problems with Termites and pests in Residential and Commercial properties that may have gone unnoticed or have just become noticeable allowing advice to be given on how best to rectify the problems.

 

Our pest inspections specifically look for past and present timber pest activity, damage and barriers. The information gathered from the inspection forms the basis of a professional opinion and to give advice with regard to timber pests and how to treat them.

 

We use the latest technology as standard including moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and reporting software and hardware to produce high quality, comprehensive and highly detailed Inspection reports. The inspection reports produced by Cairns-Torres Straits Termite and Pest Solutions are in accordance with and go beyond the minimum scope of the current Australian standards of AS 4349.1-2007 Inspection of buildings Pre-purchase inspections-Residential buildings and AS 4349.3-2010 Inspection of buildings-Timber pest inspections.

Prior to engaging Cairns-Torres Straits Termite and Pest Solutions Pty Ltd to undertake your pest inspection you will receive an Inspection agreement that is in accordance with both parts of the Australian Standard.
